Sharing your booking page

Find your link, brand it, and put it where your customers will see it.

Your booking page is your own public page where customers choose what they want and book a time with you directly. It works on any phone or computer, and it is open around the clock, so you can take bookings while you sleep.

Go to Settings, then Online Booking. At the top, Your booking page shows your link, with buttons to:

  • Copy link, to share it anywhere.
  • View page, to see exactly what your customers see.

Tip: Open View page and book a test job yourself, right now. It takes two minutes and it is the only reliable way to see your page the way a customer does.

Make it yours

Still in Online Booking, the Appearance section covers the look of the page:

  • Brand colour, used for buttons and highlights.
  • Theme, light or dark.
  • Use logo, to show your business logo. Upload the logo itself in your business settings first.

The Content and messages section lets you reword the heading and intro text on each step, so the page sounds like you rather than like software.

A live preview sits beside the settings, so you can see each change as you make it.

Tune how it works

The General section controls behaviour, including:

  • Service layout and date picker style.
  • Whether to show prices and show duration.
  • Auto-advance steps and single page layout.
  • Whether to allow coupon codes and allow multiple services in one booking.
  • Analytics, if you want to add a Google Analytics or Meta Pixel ID.

Leave these at their defaults to start with. See Booking options when you want to tune them.

Once it looks right, share your link wherever customers find you:

  • The "Book now" button on your website.
  • Your Google Business Profile, as the appointment link. For a local business this is usually the highest-return place of the lot.
  • Your social media bios and action buttons.
  • Your email signature and your text replies.
  • Flyers, invoices and vans, using the link or a QR code.

What is next

With your page live and shared, you are ready for the moment it all leads to.
