Built for your trade

Built for every kind of coffee cart & van hire business

Corporate morning teas

Two hundred people and a thirty-minute break is a throughput problem, not a diary problem. Sell that one as the two-machine package so the number you said yes to is a number you can actually pour.

Conferences and expo stands

A full day on a stand at a set price, from bump-in to close, with the exhibitor as the customer on the booking rather than whoever handed you a lanyard on the morning.

Wedding and party windows

Guests on a lawn at three in the afternoon want the cart for two hours, not for the day. Price the window itself and let it be booked and paid for online.

School fetes and community days

A P&C wants a flat rate for the morning and an invoice afterwards, so set that service to settle after and send a payment request once the cart is packed down.

Priced and booked

The window has a price before the phone rings

Your three-hour and full-day packages carry a set price on your booking page, so an office manager books a real gap while you are still flushing the machine. The bigger multi-cart mornings come through as an enquiry instead.

Scheduled and dispatched

Every bump-in inside the block, not after it

Each booked window lands on your day at its real length, fire-up and pack-down included. The times the page offers count the drive from the job before, so two corporates never end up pouring at eight in two suburbs.

Less admin, more bookings

Made for coffee cart & van hire businesses

Cups an hour is the number that matters

Nobody hires a cart by the hour in their head, they hire it for a break in a run sheet. Your job is to make sure the window they picked and the number of people behind it are a pair your machine can serve. Publish the packages you can genuinely deliver, one machine for the smaller crowd and two for the break that has to clear in half an hour, and the customer picks the one that fits rather than you discovering the mismatch on the morning.

The job starts before the job starts

A three-hour service is four and a half hours of your day. The cart has to be in the building, the machine has to be flushed and up to temperature, and it all has to come out again past a loading dock that closes. Set the length of the service to the real length, bump-in and pack-down included, and the calendar reserves what the job actually takes instead of the part the customer sees.

Two machines is a different product

A second barista or a second machine is not a favour, it is the thing that makes a big morning tea possible, and it should carry a price. Attach it as an option on the service so the customer chooses it while they are booking, the total on the screen moves when they do, and the price is recalculated on our side rather than taken from the browser.

The seven a.m. that cannot happen twice

Every corporate job in this business starts at the same time of day, which is exactly why they get double-booked. Two overlapping bookings are refused outright, and when the page offers times it counts the drive from the job you already have, so a second bump-in across town is only offered if you could genuinely make it.

Common questions.

Yes. They are separate services with their own prices and their own lengths, so a customer picks the window they need and is charged the figure they were shown.

Set the service length to the whole job, bump-in and pack-down included. The calendar blocks that entire period, so what you are looking at is the day you are actually working.

They can. Add it as a priced option on the service and it appears while they are booking. The total updates when they tick it, and the price is worked out on our side, not in their browser.

Overlapping bookings are rejected at the database, not just hidden in the interface. On top of that, the times offered on your page take the travel from your existing job into account, so an eight o'clock on the other side of town simply is not offered.
