No. Your whole team is included from the free plan at any size, scheduling and all, with no seat or per-team fees. The only limit is bookings: 200 bookings a month on Free, and Pro lifts the cap for $2 a booking, only when the work comes in.
Yes. Roles and permissions control access across your team, so sensitive actions like billing sit with the people who should have them, and everyone else works with what they need.
They will. Once working days, hours and days off are set, your booking page never offers a slot when someone is unavailable, and one-off changes and date ranges are honoured too.
