Built for you

Built for every kind of table & chair hire business

Caterers and event stylists

A stylist who orders from you fortnightly has every past order on their record, so the March wedding they want to repeat in November is a document you can copy rather than a memory you have to reconstruct.

Community halls and clubs

A club hiring sixty chairs and eight trestles for a Sunday takes the whole thing off your page, pays by card, and gets the delivery window in writing without a phone call landing during your Friday run.

Backyard and marquee events

A homeowner who has never hired anything picks the numbers off a page with prices showing, so the difference between a hundred chairs and a hundred and forty is a number they can see before they commit.

Four drops and three collections, in order

Every leg carries an address and lands on the day view, so the Saturday run is laid out before the truck loads rather than being worked out at the second address with a full tray.

Counts that change without losing the price

Add fourteen chairs, take back two trestles, and the quantity times rate lines re-total in the same motion. The client can see which line moved and exactly what it cost them.

What went out, in writing

Send the itemised order and get it accepted with a signature before the truck loads. Two hundred chairs on a signed document is a very different Monday morning to two hundred chairs on a phone call.

Less admin, more bookings

Made for table & chair hire businesses

The order that keeps moving

Numbers change. Add fourteen chairs, take back two trestles, swap the bar stools for benches, and the total updates in the same motion. Because the order is real quantity and rate lines rather than a lump sum someone typed, the client can see exactly which line moved and what it cost them.

Delivery and pick-up as two ends of one run

A chair job is a truck leaving with a load and coming back for it. The booking carries the address it is going to and the address it is coming from, so the Sunday morning collection is a stop in the day rather than something a driver has to be reminded of.

What went out, in writing

Send the itemised order before the truck loads and get it accepted with a signature. Two hundred chairs on a signed document is a very different conversation on Monday morning to two hundred chairs on a phone call, and the document is still there a year later.

The Saturday run, in driving order

Four drops and three collections in a day is a route, not a list. Every booking with an address lands on the day schedule, and you can see the run laid out before the truck leaves rather than working it out at the second address.

Common questions.

Yes. Each item is priced per each, and an order is a set of quantity times rate lines. A hundred and eighty chairs and twenty two trestles is two lines that total themselves, and either can change without touching the other.

Edit the quantity on the line and the total recalculates. If it has already been paid you take or refund the difference, and if it has not, the updated number is what they are charged.

It can. The two legs are set separately on the booking, which matters when the gear goes to a venue and comes back from a storage unit the client has cleared it into.

Every order sits under the one customer record, so a caterer who books monthly builds a run of past orders you can open, copy and re-price rather than starting from a blank page each time.
