Built for you

Built for every kind of surfboard & wetsuit hire business

Holiday walk-ups

A family staying up the road books two soft-tops and two suits for the two to four on their phone from the beach, pays, and walks down to gear that is genuinely waiting.

Surf schools and lesson groups

A school hiring a set of boards for a nine o clock lesson holds them the night before, so the boards are not sitting in a rack that someone else has already booked.

Regular locals and season hirers

Someone who hires the same board most weekends builds a record with you, so their size and preference are there rather than being re-asked every Saturday.

A quiet morning and a wall at two

The whole day sits on one timeline, so the crush between one and four and the empty hours either side are something you staff for on Thursday rather than survive on Saturday.

Boards held by the hour, not by memory

A two hour hire commits that specific board for exactly that window, and nobody at the counter can hand it to somebody else because the overlap is refused outright.

Get paid

Paid when the board is held

The card is charged as the window is taken, so a held board is a paid board. A late return is visible against its end time and the extra time can be added to the hire.

Less admin, more bookings

Made for surfboard & wetsuit hire businesses

Boards held by the hour

Set the hourly rate and let people book the window they want. A two hour hire from two o clock commits that specific board for those two hours, and nobody at the counter can hand it to somebody else in the meantime because the system will not accept the overlap.

The suit, the leggie and the wax

Nobody hires only a board. The wetsuit, the leg rope and the soft-top for the kid go on as their own priced lines, so the number on the screen when they book is the number they pay and nothing gets handed over unpriced.

The board that is not back yet

A late return is visible because the hire had an end time and that end time has passed. The board still reads as out, so the next hire is not made on the assumption that it walked itself back up the beach.

Quiet mornings and a mad afternoon

The day sits on one timeline, so you can see the wall of hires between one and four and the empty hours either side. Staffing a Saturday becomes a decision you make on Thursday rather than a surprise you survive.

Common questions.

Yes. They pick a start time and a length, and that board is committed for exactly that window. Another booking overlapping it on the same board is refused.

They go on the same booking as their own priced lines, so the customer picks what they need and the total updates as they choose.

The hire has an end time, so an overrun is visible rather than invisible. You can extend the hire and charge the extra time, and the next booking on that board is not made on a false assumption.

You choose. Set the hire to be paid in full online and the card is charged when the window is taken, which is what most walk-up hire wants. Card payments are on the Pro plan at a flat 3%.
