Built for you

Built for every kind of marquee & tent hire business

Weddings on private property

A paddock wedding needs the marquee, the flooring and the lighting quoted as separate lines against one date, and the client wants a number they can take to their parents. They sign it and the weekend is held.

Corporate and race day pavilions

A company booking a pavilion for a one day event wants an invoice afterwards rather than a card at booking, so the hire is set to settle after and a payment request goes out when the site is clear.

School fetes and community days

A fete committee books three smaller pop-up structures for the one Sunday, all on the one booking with the lines itemised, and the P&C treasurer pays the whole thing from an email.

Dry hire for other event companies

Another operator hires the structure without your crew for a job of their own. Set it as a dry hire and the booking holds the structure for the window without pulling your riggers into the same days.

Schedule

The whole weekend, not the ceremony

A marquee booking occupies the Friday, the Saturday and the Sunday on one timeline, so a second enquiry for that Saturday can see the window is committed instead of getting a maybe that turns into a double booking.

Clients pick the structure and the extras

Sizes, walls, flooring and lighting sit as priced options, so the difference between a 6×12 and a 9×18 with a timber floor is a number the client watches move rather than a phone call they wait for.

Signed, then it is a locked date

The quote goes out with an expiry, they read the itemised lines and accept with a signature from their phone, and it becomes a booking on that date. The version they signed is the version you priced.

Less admin, more bookings

Made for marquee & tent hire businesses

The hire is three days, not four hours

Book the span: on-hire on the Friday when the crew starts pegging, off-hire on the Sunday when the last stake is out. The structure is committed across every one of those days, and a second enquiry for the Saturday can see the window is gone rather than getting a maybe.

A quote that turns into a locked date

Price the structure, the flooring, the walls, the lining and the lighting as separate lines with quantities and rates, put an expiry on it, and send it. The client reads it, signs it from their phone and it becomes a booking on that date. The version they signed is the version you priced.

Riggers and the structure, together

A crewed hire only works when the marquee and the people who put it up are both free. Book the crew alongside the structure and a weekend where the riggers are already out on a job stops offering itself, instead of you finding out the week before.

Sizes and options priced as they are chosen

A 6x12 with clear walls is a different job to a 9x18 with a timber floor, and the difference should show on the total as the client picks, not after a phone call. Options attach to the service with their own prices, and the number on screen is the number charged.

Common questions.

Yes. A hire is a span with a start instant and an end instant, so a Friday bump-in through a Sunday bump-out is one committed window. The structure is not available to anyone else across any day inside it.

The quote goes out as a link. They open it, read the itemised lines, type their name as a signature and accept, and you get told. It carries an expiry date so an unaccepted quote for a peak Saturday does not hold your calendar hostage.

Yes. Set it as a dry hire and the booking commits the structure for the window without requiring your riggers to be free, which is exactly what another event company hiring from you wants.

Each structure is its own bookable thing, and a booking that overlaps an existing window on the same one is refused outright at the database. The second enquiry never sees an available Saturday if the first one has it.
