Built for you

Built for every kind of gaming & esports booth business

Casual pay and play

One person, two hours, one rig, booked from their phone on the tram. The station is committed before they walk in and the hours are already paid.

Parties and group bookings

A birthday for eight is eight seats held together for the same window, which is a very different thing from an optimistic note in a diary.

Tournaments and LAN nights

When the whole floor is running an event, every station goes off the public page for that window so no casual booking lands in the middle of a bracket.

Coaching, scrims and streaming

A coach booking two adjacent seats for a weekly scrim, or a streamer taking the booth for a long session, are longer hires on specific stations rather than general floor time.

Schedule

The floor as it actually is

Availability lives on the machine, not the venue. Each rig, pod and streaming booth is booked separately, so the page shows exactly which seats are free at four on a Saturday.

Six seats booked means six machines held

A group holds each station in its own right for the same window. When only four are free the sixth booking cannot be made, which beats six people arriving to a floor that cannot seat them.

Hardware priced for what it costs you

The high-spec rigs and the sim carry their own hourly rates rather than being averaged into a floor price, and the whole floor can be quoted as one event when a club takes the room.

Less admin, more bookings

Made for gaming & esports booth businesses

Every station is its own bookable seat

Availability lives on the machine, not on the venue. Each rig, console pod and streaming booth is set up separately, so booking one leaves the rest untouched and no station can be held twice for the same hour. What the page shows is the floor as it actually is, which is what makes a group booking mean anything.

Six people, six machines, held together

A group books the number of seats they need and each one is committed in its own right for the same window. If only four are free the sixth simply cannot be booked, which is a far better outcome than a group of six arriving to a floor that cannot seat them. The refusal happens at the database, not in somebody's head.

Priced by the hour they actually sit down for

A station is sold by the booked duration, so two hours costs two hours and a four hour Saturday afternoon prices itself. Different hardware can carry different rates, so the high-spec rigs and the racing sim earn what they cost you rather than being averaged into the floor price.

Tournament nights taken off the floor

On an event night you need the whole room and none of it available to walk-in bookings. Booking the stations out for the tournament window removes them from the public page for exactly that window and puts them back afterwards, so the Friday bracket and Saturday's casual hours do not collide.

Common questions.

Yes. Each station is booked in its own right, so six seats for the same two hours is six committed machines. When there are not enough free, the booking cannot be completed, which is exactly what you want to happen.

They can. Set the high-spec machines, the console pods and the sim rig up separately with their own rates, and the customer sees what each one costs before they choose.

Book the stations out for the event window. They disappear from the public page for that period and return automatically afterwards, so nobody books a casual hour into the middle of your finals.

You choose per service. A station can be charged on the card at the point of booking, or set to be settled at the venue, which most places use for walk-in style hours while keeping group bookings paid up front.
