Built for you

Built for every kind of candle & soap making business

Pour-your-own sessions

The regular public session, capped at the vessels and the pouring space on the bench, sold a place at a time to whoever finds your page.

Soap batch workshops

Cold process soap runs to a batch size and a cure time, so the session carries a tighter number and the bars go home weeks later, not the same night.

Hen and birthday parties

A group takes the places it needs on one booking, priced per person, so the numbers are locked in before you order vessels for the date.

Christmas gift-making sessions

The weeks before Christmas fill with people making presents rather than candles for themselves, which is worth its own dates and its own smaller vessels.

How much wax the day needs

Each session shows the places sold against it, so the volume you melt in the morning is set by a full evening pour session and a soap workshop that is still three short.

The vessel choice arrives with the booking

Someone takes a place and picks the larger vessel as a paid option, so the choice is made and charged before you buy it in rather than negotiated over hot wax.

Get paid

Materials paid for before they are poured

Places are charged as they are taken, so wax, wicks and vessels are bought against a paid head count. A hen party booking the whole bench gets an itemised quote.

Less admin, more bookings

Made for candle & soap making businesses

Wax is melted to a paid head count

The place is charged at the moment it is booked, so the number on the session is money in rather than interest expressed. That is the number you buy wax, wicks and vessels against, and it is the difference between a slow session costing you an evening and a slow session costing you an evening plus the materials.

A soap batch cannot be resized on the night

Once the oils and the lye are weighed for ten, they are weighed for ten. Run soap sessions as their own bookable class with their own number of places and their own price, and close them at a cut-off that gives you time to weigh out for the right number.

Booking the whole bench for a private group

A hen party or a work team takes every place on a session in one booking and pays the per-place price for each. You are not holding a Saturday afternoon on the strength of a message thread, and the group size cannot quietly shrink between the enquiry and the day.

Scent and vessel chosen at booking

Where a session offers a bigger vessel or a premium fragrance, those sit as priced options on the booking, so the choice is made and paid for before you shop for it rather than negotiated across a bench with hot wax in your hand.

Common questions.

The place is paid for when it is booked, so the head count you pour against is people who have committed money. A session that has not sold is a session you can cancel before you buy anything for it.

Yes. One person takes all the places on that session and pays the per-place price for each, so the bench is theirs and the numbers are settled at booking.

Where you offer them, extras like a larger vessel or a premium fragrance are priced options on the booking, so what is chosen is paid for before you order it in.

The session stops accepting bookings the moment the last place goes. If demand is there you publish another date rather than overfilling a bench that has a fixed number of pouring spots.
