- Turn it on while you book. The new booking wizard has a repeats step. Say every week, every fortnight, every month, when it should stop, and you are done.
- Know the cost before you agree to it. The step shows what the upcoming visits will cost you up front, so a standing arrangement never turns into a surprise.
- Fixed day or flexible rhythm. Some work belongs on Wednesday at ten. Some just needs doing every six weeks, counted from whenever the last one was actually finished, so a late job pushes the next one out instead of stacking them up.
- The next ones are always there. Bookables tops the schedule up overnight and again whenever you open it, and it handles daylight saving so ten in the morning stays ten in the morning.
- Change one, or change the rest. Edit a single visit when something moves, or push the change through every future visit in one go.
- Undated work stops hiding. A new unscheduled filter and due labels on the list mean work waiting for a date is easy to find instead of buried, and the customer record shows their standing arrangements in one place.
