Notes used to be a single box you overwrote, and the history was hidden behind a dialog nobody opened. Both are gone. Every booking and every proposal now has a Feed tab that tells you the whole story in order.
- What happened, and what your team said, together. System events and posts from your crew sit in one timeline, newest first, so you can see the job move and read the commentary beside it.
- Photos, front and centre. Post a photo of the site, the damage, the finished work. Images lead the card rather than hiding as attachments.
- Drop it, or paste it. Drag an image onto the feed or paste one straight from your clipboard, and it posts. No file picker unless you want one.
- Fix what you wrote. Edit or delete your own posts, photos included, without leaving the record.
- Internal by default. The feed is for you and your team. Nothing here goes to the customer.
- The record reads properly now. Bookings and proposals both split into a main tab and a Feed tab, with the number of posts on the tab itself, so you know there is something to read before you click.
