Every business you book with on Bookables becomes one of your preferred providers: the businesses that already know you, and the ones the booking chat turns to when you ask it to arrange something. They are why "book me a clean for Saturday" reaches a business you trust instead of a stranger. Until now that list was invisible. Now it is yours to see and to shape.
- Your preferred providers, all in one place. A new Providers tab sits in your account next to Profile and Wallet. Each provider appears with what they do and how many times you have booked them, so you can see exactly who is on your list.
- The businesses your chat books for you. When you ask the booking chat to sort something out, it works from these providers, the ones you have used and trust, rather than picking an unknown. Your list is what makes the chat feel like it already knows who to call.
- Remove the ones you are done with. Moved suburbs, or found someone better? Remove a provider and they drop off your list and out of the chat, so it stops booking them for you. Your booking history, receipts and messages are all kept.
- Changed your mind? Removed providers stay in their own section with a Restore action, so one tap brings them back.
