Bookings and proposals each got a feed. The customer sitting behind them did not, so their history was scattered across the records instead of being in the one place you actually open when they ring.
- A Feed tab on the customer. Everything that happened across all of their bookings and proposals, in order, with the notes and photos your team posted along the way.
- Post straight onto the customer. Some things belong to the person, not to a job. Those go on the customer's feed now, and the old notes box has been folded into it so nothing is stranded in two places.
- What they owe you, at a glance. The record shows an Owed figure in the stat strip, and the Payments tab leads with what is outstanding. Unpaid rows sort by lateness and show what they fall due, not just an invoice reference. It only says Overdue when the whole amount actually is.
- What you look after for them. The panel for a customer's properties, pets, vehicles and other things you service now appears on every customer, whatever it is you sell.
- Book the next one from here. Booking creation lives on the record, so the call that ends with "same time next month" does not send you back to the bookings list.
